When your contact is equipped with contact Image, Emails, Web address, 3-5 Phone numbers etc . then its not a morning tea to store them on PC or SIM card and Retrieve it globally. This Method called Synchronizing Supported by almost all GPRS enabled Handset from NOKIA.
A little Introduction:
This is free service Provided by NOKIA and OVI and serve to provide the synchronizing service from Nokia device to Nokia/OVI account on server Remotely and Globally. I assume you are with NOKIA GPRS enabled handset. Lets Proceed with A few Steps.
STEP 1:
First CLICK HERE to go to NOKIA/OVI site and Get registerd there and if you are already having NOKIA/OVI account you can just sign in there.
Done?
STEP 2
Now You fill the profile information a little as you loved on Facebook and add your Phone No and Verify it also you can Add a device by providing IMEI no of your Phone (type *#06# in your phone).
STEP 3
You are Closer Now. Go to synchronizing tab and have setting Download to your phone by giving required detail over there. You will be given a PIN no. Save the setting and enter the PIN as asked.
STEP 4
You Are Done Setting…
If you are have GPRS pack then it will be best otherwise it will drain your balance of 20-25 Rs By consuming 1-2 MB of data. You can decide.
Now In your Nokia Go to
Menu→Setting →Sync. And Backup→Server Sync.
Choose the data to be sync. And finalize. You may asked to Configure the Select→Ovi.com there.
STEP 4
Now Just Choose Sync and within few moment your data will be synchronized to server that you can view in contacts in ovi.com.

IMPORTANT:
- Each Setting will be totally belongs to a unique user and in case you sells that phone delete Setting and if you By a new phone Do setting download as same step.
- If not possible to download you can just have the Setting Backup of your Old Phone restore in new one you will get the Ovi.com Setting again.
